I increased my exercise to 14 minutes of HIIT plus 10 minutes of calisthenics (T-Tapp) this week, and did it 6 of the last seven days. Other than being mindful, I am not tracking my diet again yet, though this week contained a lot less sugar than last (all of last weeks work treats were gone, and the ones brought in this week week were things I can’t eat, plus my lime tree has paused, so the sugar syrup I made for limeade sat untouched for the week). I am either reacting to smoke from the fires north of me, or fighting a virus. Symptoms started last night. I will see how this next week goes.
