Whoa, I lost 2 pounds this week! Even with my hurt foot. I guess it's good that I put the scale away for a week and stopped compulsively weighing myself. It made me focus on what my body felt like rather than what the numbers said. Bye-bye scale, see you next weeeeeeek!

Weight: 152 (down 2 pounds!)
Waist: 33" (down 2 inches!!!)
Hips: 39 1/2" (down half an inch)
152.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
