I've been trying very hard to keep track of what I eat and workout..I'm still watching what I eat, but have not been doing my workouts at all for a little over a wk now..My anxiety is through the roof since Im having Bi-lateral knee replacements Aug 9th..Working out is so important before having this but it seems I am so stressed out that I jst cant find the time..Today I am forcing myself back on the bike..I jst ask for prayers that I will recover 100% and walk again! Thank-you all for all your support..I am still at a 17 lb weight loss..although I'm stuck at that it seems..I am hopeful with new knees my weight will go down!! Thank-you again!!!
