Doctor's today for vertigo - so weight on a different scale, but still taking the 195. Ugh, hope to feel better soon, and for a normal CT scan!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
