Today started out like any other day except I weigh. I have weighed over 250 for so long that all I could think of is seeing that number on the scale. So today was different when I stepped on the scale I prayed Please Lord I hope that I didn't gain and maybe even a pound closer to 250. When I saw 248.2 come up I was filled with emotion and as always got tears in my eyes. I'm just over the top with happiness...it's like birthday and Christmas all together. Now to refocus and look for 238 it's the next ten pound increment!~ Nola 5/4/10
