When weighing in, I keep checking off that i follow my guidelines "reasonably well" because I am eating less than 20 carbs and not all my allotted calories etc.. I am following the correct split of lowest carbs medium protein and highest fat, but because my numbers are under I don't check followed 100%.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
