Starting over with FS and my fasting hasn't been the easiest task for me... I thought I could bounce right back Np, ugh! Not only am I struggling during the day only wanting to eat junk food but my stress eating is also carrying over into the night as well... Pain is keeping me away which is also not helpful with my night cravings. I haven't broke my night fasting tho.... I made it 2 months last time and I'm hoping to break the record this time! If I could only get this daytime junk food eating under control and manage to walk every day... I would b golden!!!!!
