This is the first day of the diet. Jason and Shannon helped to clean out all of the temptations in the pantry. Goal is to get to 180 and if I stick with my attempts the kids will pay for a trip to see Shannon in San Diego.

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 May 2010:
1853 kcal Fat: 85.33g | Prot: 80.68g | Carb: 198.31g.   Breakfast: biscuit, orange juice, egg, gravy. Lunch: sunflower seeds, ritz crackers, ham, salad, asian dressing, pepper jack cheese. Dinner: stir fry veg, Roasted Chicken Marsala. Snacks/Other: ritz crackers, orange, almonds, pretzels. more...

Hey Mom: Just wanted to take a minute and tell you that you are doing a great job so far and keep up the good work! If you feel comfortable with it - weigh in again and record your weight. Also try and start incorporating the goal of exercise. Walking, pilates and handweights when you are watching TV or when you have a chance. Love you, Shannon
