This is the first day of the diet. Jason and Shannon helped to clean out all of the temptations in the pantry. Goal is to get to 180 and if I stick with my attempts the kids will pay for a trip to see Shannon in San Diego.

Hey Mom:
Just wanted to take a minute and tell you that you are doing a great job so far and keep up the good work! If you feel comfortable with it - weigh in again and record your weight. Also try and start incorporating the goal of exercise. Walking, pilates and handweights when you are watching TV or when you have a chance.
