So, I started the SBD the other day, but I've been doing it off and on, but I am finally going to get serious with it! Following the rules isn't the difficult part for me, it's what my roommates eat and there's A LOT of temptation around me. I want to lose the weight really bad-but it's the will power part that's hard! BUT I suppose I have to take it one day at a time!
