my weight just goes up a few ounces, down a few ounces. for a month it has done this. Have had to get smaller clothes. Had to buy a smaller bra, and shoes. So at least I've lost inches.
296.0 lb Lost so far: 50.5 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
