Was a crazy active day today. About 2 hours of outdoor cycling 🚵🏻♀️ around queens, NY, the. Roughly 6 hours of painting an apartment in working on. Lots of trim and doors and my back is dead, but on a bright note I did weigh in at 202.9 which is 31.1 lb lower than when I started this journey on May 3rd. The only thing that works for me is activity, lots and lots of activity. Any type of strength, calisthenics, cardio, always does my body good and the results are always a great push for another day.
