I havent been writing my points down like when i first started. I feel like im slowly slipping into bad habits. In my head i keep saying im going to start keeping better track, but for three days now i havent written anything down. Hopefully today i can make myself get back on track.

I agree that the points can be a pain to keep track of....but when we do it, it really works. Do you start at the points allowance and count down? I seem to go nuts in the evenings, barely squeaking by with the number of points ledt fot the day. I kind of try to keep a mental estimate of how many points I have alotted for each "meal" and keep my estimates low. I try to remember that aving no boundaries and no plan are what got me into this! ;-)

try and keep your jounal handy, I carry mine in my purse. So when I am out and someone offers me something I make sure I make a note of it. I agree it is a pain, but if I try to keep it in my head for later in the evening I seem to forget what I all had for the day. It works better for me if I write it down right away. You will get in the habit of it sooner or later and it will become second nature for you.
