Processed sugar definitely. Lower the carbs and fat. Pump up the fruit and vegetables. Allow yourself the almond butter as a treat but in moderation.

are you keeping track of your calories?? are you eating less calories to promote a weight loss?? these two things are important to help you meet your goals. I weigh everything I put on my plate because with guessing I found I was way off when I logged my food.

I think cutting sugar and processed carbs is a good plan and with your exercise it should really change your weight loss for the better. eating a balanced meal with protein, whole food is a good way to plan your meals.

Start logging everything that goes in. Definitely remove sugar and processed foods, cut back or eliminate processed foods. As for meals it depends on you - Do you like to cook? Are you one that wants the same thing daily - or do you like variety in meal planning? Once you know what you prefer, there are plenty of sites that offer quick, simple recipes.--------For me casseroles and soups are a go to at least once a week - all leftovers in a dish cover with cheese, butter, cream cheese and bake- or in a soup pot mix with butter, broth and heavy cream then topped with cheese after put in bowls. I also like easy same thing daily routines so breakfast is a cheesy bacon/sausage quiche made up on Sundays and baggies out for the M-F breakfasts. I keep my lunches simple as well. I keep boiled eggs and pickles around for snacks.
