Well, I'm thankful that I'm back to losing a bit every week. But I now know I can survive the weeks (literally!) that I don't lose because of all the good side benefits of eating healthy and exercising.

Also we have had some relief from the extreme heat, only being in the mid to upper 70's the past 2 days. Today is forecast for warmer (mid 80's) but I can deal. As I've never been skinny, I wonder if I will enjoy the hotter days more when I get to goal? Well, I get to find out!:)
240.2 lb Lost so far: 61.8 lb.    Still to go: 90.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
