Good Luck! Food looks amazing! It's my first day on Keto as well. I've been doing IF since June 17th.

Good Luck! I have been on Keto/Mediterranean diet for about 12 days and have lost over 7lbs just with the food and sporadic exercise. I want to get more consistent with my exercise just finding it difficult while getting my M.S. But its all positive and I am going to continue to do my best.

Consider the salt, sugar, additives to your deli meat. It can slow down your amazing weight loss and retain water. 🙂
