Good morning and Happy Hump Day!

I was up at 3:30am and ready to exercise. I have re-discovered Taebo, after becoming a little bored with my other DVD's. I had forgotten how much I LOVE it! It's seriously addicting, and I got in two workouts yesterday and one this morning. I plan to do that again after work.

My diet is still good, and I've pretty much eliminated any sugary or junk foods, and gave up sodas long ago. My big question is why do I seem to be gaining steadily...just a little, but still gain. It could be that my calories are too low, I guess, or maybe I'm not drinking enough water? I'll wait a week and see if the really vigorous exercise give me a loss :)

there are so many things that can cause temporary weight gain but tissues retaining water can be one. I looked and it seems you are doing just fine on the eating. how much weight are you talking about a pound?? with your reduced calorie intake if accurately measured and calculated I would not worry about the bounce of a pound or two with your working out so much. mine bounces back and forth from day to day. heck sometimes it can be as little as being constipated. when you have such a minor loss to finish you are probably going to be more reducing your fat deposits than actual weight. you are building up your muscles. you are doing just great!

Thanks @baskington! I hope I'm just building more muscle. This week, I've gained a pound,and it's been about the same for the past month...a little less than a pound per week. lol @jengetfit123..yes, it still kicks my behind! :D

PLYoung, it's frustrating to me too. For now, I'm just increasing my water intake and workout intensity. Hopefully that will help

I LOVE TAE BO!!!!!! LOOOVVVEEEE!!!! Billy Blanks is awesome! I do tae bo 3-4xs a week among my other workouts. It feels amazing!!

Taebo! I did Taebo 20 years ago! VHS tapes! I loved it! It’s one of the very few videos I ever liked. Good job! Can you find it streaming now??

@smorgen...I bought some DVD's from Amazon. I think I saw the 8 minute workout on YouTube. The 8 minute on my DVD is my go-to for mornings, and I can definitely feel the burn :D
