Yay! I finally lost weight. I think one of the keys for me will be very moderate legumes and starch. I also started all of my supplements yesterday: Garlicin 4xday, Mega Green Tree Extract 3xday, Polycosanol every night, Alpha Lipoic Acid 4xday, Calcium 2x day, and Magnesium, Selenium, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Chromium Picolinate, and Cinnamon once a day. I also have fish oil on order which I will be adding once it arrives.
