I'm really not feeling this day. I think my weightloss was a little less than I was hoping, but it's also because all the food prep work I did last week has been eaten up and I know I have to do it all over again. Whaa whaa! I know, what a big baby.

Last week I made egg bites for the week in the instant pot, cooked spaghetti squash and sweet potatoes, cooked chicken for lunches and the freezer. I'm just not in the mood to do it all over again.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
