My goal this week is to be much more disciplined and focus. When Arizona summer hits (in May), it can be hard to leave the comfort of your AC cooled home. I am grateful I have AC, but it’s making me lazy. I re-opened my Planet Fitness account. I’ve made a plan on how often I will go. I want to finish The Unicorn on Yes.Fit with flying colors! If I can drop a solid 2 lbs this week I’ll be back on track! 🦄🌈✨
