Decided to splurge a bit yesterday and have half a pizza and a massive beer!
i could have had more but after dieting and working hard on my goals
i didnt feel the need to :) an amazing feeling to have and reflect on

Don't let food take over your life!
once you reach a happy medium, you can appreciate so much more out of life :)
