A simple but fulfilling breakfast

These are chia seeds, I left them in the milk overnight so they could expand

That's 4 mangoes, and an enormous bowl of stuff. about 400cal, perhaps. having much success in weight loss?

These are not mangos, they are abricots, and they were just for the picture, I did not eat them:) the bowl itself had 15 grams of Raw health chia seeds, 250ml of vanilla flavoured alpro soy milk and 50 grams of each: strawberries and blueberries with a total of 250 kcal. My typical breakfast is usually 180-250 kcal. I have lost 16kg in 3 months, so I think it’s working. But mostly I have a bit of oatmeal for breakfast topped with different superfoods. I don’t eat meat and barely eat any dairy so try to eat the superfoods high in iron, calcium, zinc and protein

Amazing precize measurement! I will try this vanilla soy milk with chia seeds overnight, i like the idea! Thank you. Congratulations on your great job, just keep it up and try to ignore negative ppl <3
