third day in a row I've gone over my daily intake of 1200. 😣 sooo frustrating but been still consistently working out and slowly losing weight. until I just twisted my ankle today thank you very much hip hop abs! 🤕💃🏥💊♿ I still want to work out tho!!!! anyone kniw any good workouts I can do on the floor that will not put weight on my ankle? apart from sit ups?? I need help!
