I know there are a lot of different ways to diet, I have probably tried nearly all of them, sometimes with success, sometimes not. I recently tried keto for about 3 weeks. A lot of people are very successful on that, but unfortunately i was not one of them. I found it very difficult to do, had no energy, and worst of all, never really lost any weight. I gave up, regrouped, and have decided to go old fashioned with plain old calorie counting. This app thinks i need 1600 calories per day (I would love that) but I really need to stay right at 1200 to lose. Does anyone know how to manually change requirements?
