My weight is staying the same....i havn't been working out..i hurt my ankle/leg riding my bike (hit a pot hole)...3 weeks ago...Very happy i didn't break anything..i have been busy painting and cleaning our new house so i as working out and i and writing my points down
164.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sounds like you are doing well even without working out! It will start to come off again, don't worry!
