so, still the same weight even after 18 hour road trip and eating whatever over the weekend. although, everything I ate bad passed right through me.
back on the potato kick. this will start my 30 days going forward, plan to mix other veggies in around 2 weeks, but mostly seasoning, a little oil, and maybe salsa in the beginning. after 30 days, I will add lean meats fish and chicken.
that is the plan anyways.
