Finally got everything I need to start losing all the weight I gained after my injury. Hopefully I can lose 30-40lbs in the next 6 months. Let's see what happens.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
