I think a lot of these ingredients in the list are incorrectly detailed. I don't think spaghetti has this much protein. I don't think 80grams of tuna chunks has 20grams of protein. So while my protein count is always looking high, i think its wrong.
will probably have to add my own special brands. Thus far i am relying on other brands because there are so few entries here based on raw or minimal processing ingredients.
Its annoying. But there are good things too.
