Keto, intermittent fasting and running... Tried yoga for a month too, that was cool, helped with the run overall... 40lbs more to go.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
