Really stuck this week!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you had a ‘refeed’? Sometimes that helps you get over a plateau as it jump starts everything x

What is a refeed please? x

You over eat on you calories and have a ‘cheat’ day effectively to trick your body out of ‘starvation’ mode.... it might not work for everyone but it works for me but I’m on a VLCD x

Ah I see. Thank you! Makes sense, I'm also low carbing, but still seeing a loss most weeks. Will bear that in mind for future struggles x

It’s stands for very low calorie diet - I’m only eating 800 calories per day
