Mitch Gordon's Journal, 18 June 2018

Omg, my last weight in way May 5th. Put on 18 pounds since then. I have been traveling for work the last two months and been on the road the last 24 days straight. No excuses but I know I haven’t been eating right or drinking enough water. Now I’m in the office for three days then 9 days vacation. This is gonna be ruff!🙃
I getting back on track today !
On a positive side , still down 27 from my heaviest and 18 since I started this app.
And begin 😀
247.8 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
