I’ve been sidelined from working out since my wisdom teeth removal and then had some tattoo work done 3 days ago. Just been resting and healing. Eating within my macros so not super concerned about gaining. I’ve decided to increase my carbs from 20g a day to 30g. I feel like this is a good place to be. I don’t want to stress about being in ketosis constantly. I feel good now and I don’t wish to go back to eating any pasta or bread. I had some black beans the other day and it was good, again I stayed within my macros. That will be my goal, IIFYM. Going to introduce quinoa back into my diet maybe tomorrow. Found a fantastic new dip at Costco. Almond based with flax and chia, very delicious.
