Ive been holding steady at the same weight but I feel like im getting discouraged because I like to see results from the scale every day and its just not realistic really. Clo and I have been having awesome days so I cant complain much at all. I couldnt be happier. ;) I have been super focused on studying for my HESI RN exam that is coming up very soon. That is adding some stress and anxiety to the mix which may be hampering the weight loss. I also have been doing a ton of sit ups and pushups and can see a difference in my muscle tone which also may be part of it. Anyways, im happy and healthy and this is part of my life style change so I have to not expect results over night. Carpe diem

Have you tried weighing only on certain days of the week, for example, every two to three days? Good luck on your exM. So exciting! =)
