I went down 1 pound! I’m on the right path and for brunch, because I woke up late-oh well, I ate 2 slices of cheese toast and 2 scrambled eggs with salt, pepper, and chia seeds. It was really good. I haven’t had dinner yet, but I am about to so goodbye for now!
