Been yo yoing for awhile now. Really need to get my head in the game! Been getting more outdoor activities in, but been going back to my late night eating again.... Any tips?
152.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 1.9 lb a week

My best advice is to try and pinpoint why you're eating late at night. Are you eating enough during the day to keep yourself from being hungry in the evening? Boredom? Emotional? Or maybe something else... To fix the problem you gotta figure out where it's coming from and then you can make a plan to tackle it
