50g porridge oats🥣;
100g kefir (1%-2%)🥛(or skinny milk);
1 egg 🥚 ;
14g corn flour 🌽;
1-2g baking powder 💥.
Oats, flour, baking powder, kefir mix together in a medium bowl. Leave at least for 30 min. I usually make it in the evening and put into a fridge for whole night 😉After, add 1 egg and mix all together. Heat a pan, spread the batter. 2-3 min from each side with lid. I don’t use oil, it’s important☝️☝️☝️I’ve got quality pan! You can add some sweetener, it’s up to you) Service with peanut butter and berries. Enjoy 😊

Can you use yogurt instead of kefir?
They look lush.

Honestly, I have never tried with yogurt. But I think the taste will be different.
