Oat pancakes 🥞 🥞🥞 with strawberries 🍓 🍓🍓 and peanut 🥜 butter. My favorite

1238 kcal Fat: 32.79g | Prot: 67.73g | Carb: 148.64g.   Breakfast: Costa Coffee Skimmed Americano (Primo), Mlekovita Kefir, Tesco Corn Flour, Яйцо, Tesco Organic Porridge Oats, Meridian Natural Peanut Butter, Tesco Strawberries. Lunch: Tesco Baby Plum Tomatoes, Sainsbury's Baby New Potatoes, Куриное Филе. Dinner: Огурец (с Кожурой), Булгур, Aldi Turkey Steaks, Ocean Rise Tuna Chunks in Spring Water, Огурец (без Кожуры), Tesco Everyday Value Plum Tomatoes, Оливковое Масло. Snacks/Other: Morrisons Vine Ripened Cherry Tomatoes, Curd Cheese, Finn Crisp Original Thin Sourdough Rye Crispbread, Tesco Avocado , Нектарин. more...

50g porridge oats🥣; 100g kefir (1%-2%)🥛(or skinny milk); 1 egg 🥚 ; 14g corn flour 🌽; 1-2g baking powder 💥. Oats, flour, baking powder, kefir mix together in a medium bowl. Leave at least for 30 min. I usually make it in the evening and put into a fridge for whole night 😉After, add 1 egg and mix all together. Heat a pan, spread the batter. 2-3 min from each side with lid. I don’t use oil, it’s important☝️☝️☝️I’ve got quality pan! You can add some sweetener, it’s up to you) Service with peanut butter and berries. Enjoy 😊

Can you use yogurt instead of kefir? They look lush.

Honestly, I have never tried with yogurt. But I think the taste will be different.
