Well I had about 110 carbs yesterday that's just too many gonna keep under 75 today and see what happens
had about 1400 calories yesterday .
158.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes murph I just want to get back to 152 now . If I don't find out what works for me ..I'm just gonna keep going up on the scale ..I know that for sure 😬..I will find what works ...👍✌🏻
