YIKES I did bad yesterday. The BF askign me to make popcorn and then he ordering food. It was all so easy when he was in on the diet and we had each other's support. He is off the diet, eating bread, rice and everything and it does not help me smelling all those delicious carbs.

I'm attmepting to do 50 carbs a day, but I don't know how that will work with fruit. I know I won't be going tothe gym this weekend, there is too much to do in my apartment that I can't take time for the gym I need to move alot a crap to storage, and move stuff in the apt, and then make a few IKEA runs. I need to get this project completed this weekend so finding anything is simplier. There will be some kind of workout in that project. The plus side of the project is more room in the aprtments so I can so my at home workouts suring my late work weeks, yoga, P90X, and other videos.

I plan to make time next week during the week days but I'm not 100% sure as I want to be positive my above project will be complete this weekend but in case not that I will work on it after work during my early work week.

I CRAVE carb, I smell all this delicious food from co-workers and it' drives me nuts. I know I can do it without a problem just need to focus more.
