June! For some unknown reason to me, June is always a tough month and this one is no different. I have not been to the gym since the 1st!! The level of activity at home and work seems to have doubled. The time to get things accomplished seems to have shortened and emotions are running high on all sides. A few good things this month, I celebrate 31 years of marriage to my beautiful wife, my son turns 27 and the kids are coming in for Fathers Day. I am determined to get my eating back under control, not so easy when you have been lenient for so long.
