Was a busy day today. Took the kids to the aquarium and then to the discovery center. I realized today that I am eating way too much. My portions are way too large. My lowest weight was 201, but before I could record it, I gained back 2 lbs. and am back up to 203. Boy am I having a hard time getting off the 200's. I have been trying to think back to where I went wrong. Could it be the Atkins bars or that my portions need to be cut? Well, time will tell.....for right now I am cutting out all sweet things such as the atkins bars because they make me crave more anyway. I noticed yesterday after having some shake and bar the day before, all I wanted to do was eat! I also notice that I am feeling shaky inbetween meals before I get really hungry. I thought I had that one licked. So I'm going to try to cut down on the bars and see if that helps.
