First week with Trini carnival my short term goal. Health being the long term goal along with a sense of happiness each time I get up to get dressed even if it's wen I'm changing into my pjs. Carnival is feb 11th and 12th dats about 170 days away and I wanna lose 60-70lbs by then. Sounds much I know but relax its 2-3lbs per week and you've done this before! So discipline its he magic word it affects all was of life and the more u have of it the better off i'll be. Week 1 here we come. Next weigh in is next Sunday not before! But work hard so that that weigh in will be a good one.
