222.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.2 lb a week

i am now swimming at the Y 5 days a week 2 hours a day. water aerobics are helping me with my osteoarthritis that i have in my feet knees and hips. i stay in the deep end so i dont hurt my self. it feels good and i am now sleeping all night long.i feel great 190 lbs here i come.
