Up 2 lbs, but I know it will come off quickly. Had a very decadent weekend, lots of bread and dips, eating out, but also lots of walking, so I suppose it could have been worse! Every once in awhile, when my weight gets low, I think "what if I'm sick and I would lose weight and not know I'm sick?" Very paranoid I am. So I do like to know I can gain as well as lose! I am strange. . .This was dinner on Saturday. I had more planned, but we pigged out on this and were full. So we had the rest on Sunday - beef kabobs - yum! I rarely have beef anymore so it was a treat! It was my daughter's birthday, but she's on vacation, so we had brownies and ice cream to celebrate. As I said, very decadent weekend, but I will be good this week!

Yes it will come off, but is the effort to get it off worth the 20 minutes of enjoyment? I ate ice cream (a lot) Memorial Day, and last night my wife asked me if I wanted some. Without hesitation I said no. For me I fear that it will become much easier as I let my defenses down. For me once in a while is once a week, where as for her it is once a day. Sorry for my rambles. I guess I'm saying, enjoy life and be cautious. God bless.

adamevegod1 yes, I agree with you, once a week or so is OK, any more than that and it's back to old habits. This special time with family is worth it for me, and I am very good at getting right back on track and continuing the good eating throughout the week! I do tend to lose the weight quickly, especially if I can get to the gym! Thanks!
