@megan...kalo bukan bulan puasa biasanya aku makan pagi itu roti/ 1 telur rebus + susu hilo fat, siangnya aku makan nasi tp porsi cuma 1/4 beserta lauk pauk kayak sayur dan protein hewani..sorenya aku makan pepaya..Masih suka nyemil tp porsi masih tau diri dgn kata lain cuma sekedar icip2..terus wo ringan.. Intinya sih clean food, real food, workout
