Kay... didn't go do the wetlab cleanup, I was expecting to have to work on fixing a manuscript that I wrote, but I never got an email back about it... so, yeah, that didn't happen. Pretty unproductive day, I am eating those damn peanut butter M&Ms.

Once I digest my dinner I'm planning on going downstairs and working out on the Wii for a while. Man I just need to get back on track, I feel all off - because of the mid-week vacation. I am just not motivated to do anything lately...

I did the next best thing. I ate the rest of them, lol. Now, no more...

You crack me up! I pictured myself standing there with a bullhorn - STEP AWAY FROM THE M & M'S! Oh well, like you said, next best thing and they're gone now. Well hell, birthday girl, ask your parents for the bodybugg. Unless you're still looking for a house, in which case...yeah, a lot more important. You're a lot younger than I am and I know that plays a part in how many calories we burn at rest. I'm burning about 1400 just being alive - not doing anything. We're close in weight, and your bf is most likely much lower than mine (slower to build muscle at my ripe old age and a hundred years of yo-yo dieting behind me), so your resting metabolic rate must be higher. I'd guess 1600 - 1800. Then every little bit of movement (you know...jumping on beds and stuff : ) bumps it up. I burn nearly twice as many calories per min by standing rather than sitting, etc. I've only missed my minimum calorie target once in the six or seven weeks I've had this, so I know you're burning more than that per day. Ok, well, anyway. I hope you can get a bodybugg if you want one. I'm still loving it, although not so much the lovely tan lines on my upper left arm! : ) Talk soon.
