I didn't expect any difference in the eating log nor the weight in today... as, i was in the car most of the day. But, Tomorrow I'll be back at my routine...
142.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
