Thurs Day 4. I am concerned as we're having company for supper & know that I will have to be careful to not to overeat as is my norm!
Skipped juice this morning & just had ice water. Went for a walk for almost an hour. Walking slowly. Came back & took out my bike. Had a very hard time getting on bike due to my right leg being so hard to raise. Between my knee joint & the front thigh muscle, I have such a difficult time lifting my right leg. I just rode around our block twice, as I haven't rode my bike since last summer. Then I dead headed the flowers in the front flowerbed & then hoed it. I'm hoping the extra exercise will help for tomorrow morning's weigh in.
Mid afternoon, I had my last container of Basmati rice pudding with 1/2 pear in juice.
Supper, I bbq'd hamburgers. I had one on a wwheat bun, with lettuce, onion,tomato, becel & tsp relish. 3/4c baked beans, 3/4c cucumber salad, 1 1/2 c ?? potato salad.
Dessert, small pce of Angel food cake, sliced strawberries sweetened with Stevia & good size dollop of Nutrawhip light.
By 8.30pm I was craving anything that wasn't good for me, so I had a sm mandarin orange. Then I had a pce of gum, but the craving has stayed with me all night & I have managed to stick it out with ice water.
I really do want to lose a lot of weight & I have to keep reminding myself of that.
Since Day 1 I have lost 8lbs. It's a great start in a few days. So see what tomorrow brings!!!
