Well had a lot of carbs last night and feeling sorry for myself because I'm gaining all my weight back Im still dealing with pain in hands feet ,twitching in muscles it's the morning when my symptoms are bad I hope this goes all away but maybe this is as good as it gets 😩
159.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
