I'm more than aware that I keep eating over my 'daily calorie limit' I have set for myself, but it does get closer more often already. I don't expect it to happen right away. Besides, it's better than the endless binging and bloating I'm so used to. The five pounds I dropped last week was just food sitting around inside me. And I didn't even do that great last week (or this week for that matter) I need to start drinking more water too. It'll help me stay fuller and I don't drink enough anyway.
I've been cleaning out my cupboards and finding all my old clothes and it's just a reminder of the size I used to be. UK size 10 on both top and bottom I used to fit into. I still have the size 12 jeans I used to call comfortably loose. I don't know if I'll get back there. We'll see as we go. But I'm keeping them for now...
