Less beer (!). More juices (!). And walking roughly 8 km (5 miles)a day. Not an earth-shattering loss, but a loss none-the-less.

More diet adjustments to come!
258.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
