今年最低体重 今天被两位同事夸变好看了
晚上体重57.4kg
私教上课第八次
硬拉 前后跳 仰卧起坐
饮食:鸡胸肉 苦瓜 豆芽
124.6 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
